By Kenneth Young

A deeply moving, beautiful, extended work composed following the death of Norman Goiffin - brother of Sir Dean Goffin and long time conductor of the famous Onslow Brass Band (now known as Wellington Brass Band). This isn't overly difficult, from a technical perspective, but requires musical maturity and stamina. It sits in the same musical class as Elgar Howarth's In Memorium RK, Dean Goffin's The Light of the World and Morley Calvert's For Our Transgressions. A real musical masterpiece that will move performers and audiences alike.
